【摘要】 目的:总结林兰教授治疗腹膜假黏液瘤的临床经验。方法:确立峻下逐水,利湿化痰的治则,选用牵牛子、大黄、黄芪、苍术等中药加减治疗。结果:中医药加减治疗改善症状明显。结论:腹膜假黏液瘤为难治之症,临床病例甚少,探讨中药治疗本病的立法方药还需临床大量病例,系统总结。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To summarize the clinical experience of Professor Lin Lan in treating pseudomyxoma peritonei.Methods: Under the establishment of drastic elimination of water dampness and promoting diuresis and dissolving phlegm,Qianniuzi,Dahuang,Huangqi and Cangzhu etc.were selected for the treatment.Results: The symptoms were significantly improved after treated with Chinese herbs.Conclusion: Pseudomyxoma peritonei is an intractable disease with few clinical cases.To explore the treatment principles and prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of this disease,we still need a large number of clinical cases to conduct a systematic summary.更多还原
