【摘要】 目的:观察热毒宁注射液对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者急性上呼吸道感染的作用。方法:将80例患者随机分为热毒宁组和利巴韦林组。热毒宁组给予热毒宁治疗,利巴韦林组给予利巴韦林治疗,余对症治疗。观察临床症状、退热情况变化。结果:两组在显效时间上存在显著差异,热毒宁在抗炎、抗病毒、退热方面显效快,不良反应少。结论:热毒宁注射液在治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的急性上呼吸道感染上效果优于利巴韦林。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of the toxic heat ning injection on acute upper respiratory tract infection in patients with COPD.Methods:80 patients of acute upper respiratory tract infection with COPD were randomly divided into toxic heat ning group and ribavirin group,each group contained 40 cases,toxic heat ning group were given toxic heat ning therapy,ribavirin group were given ribavirin therapy,the more symptomatic treatment.To observe clinical symptoms,antifebrile circumstance.Results:There was a significant difference between the two groups in time of showing efficacy,toxic heat ning in antiinflammatory,antivirus,antifebrile aspects showed efficacy faster than ribavirin,and had few side-effects.Conclusion:The effect of Toxic heat ning injection in treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection in patients with COPD was better than that of ribavirin.更多还原
