【摘要】 目的:观察双侧扶突穴注药复合多穴位针刺在颈部手术中的应用效果。方法:选择颈部手术患者60例,随机平均分为扶突穴注药组(观察组,FI组)与颈丛神经阻滞组(对照组,CB组)。FI组采取双侧扶突穴注射1%利多卡因与0.375%罗哌卡因混合液,而CB组采用相同药物颈丛神经阻滞麻醉的方法,两组常规连续监测MAP、HR、RR、SpO2、VAS,指导麻醉药物的使用。结果:双侧扶突穴注药具有阻滞麻醉作用,针刺内关、合谷穴亦能加强其阻滞效果,WAS评分(30±12)分,不同方式的复合可显著减少局部麻醉药用量(19.0±4.0 mL),对生理功能干扰小,操作简便,效果确切,术后恢复亦较快,能有效减少副作用发生(P<0.01)。结论:与颈丛神经阻滞麻醉相比,双侧扶突穴注药复合多穴位针刺更适用于颈部手术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objiective To observe and compared application of double Hyoid Ridge acupoint Injecting drugs combined with many acupuncture in the nick operation.Methods The total of 60 patients were divided stochastically into group FI(Observe group) and group CB(Contrast group),30 patients per group,group FI,be taken injected 1%liduocaine and 0.375%bubicaine in futu acupoint;group CB,be taken in same drug doses injected with bilateral cervical plexus block.Both group MAP HR RR SpO2 and VAS monitored continuously,to guide the use of narcotic drugs.Results Double Futu acupoint injecting drugs be provided with effect of block anesthesia.Acupuncture neiguan and hegu point is strengthen effect,WAS30±12.To can significantly reduce local anesthesia dosage(19±4.0 mL),physiology function is little interfere,operating handy,effect exactly,recovery quickly,to reduce effectively its side effects(P<0.01).Conclusion:Compared with Bilateral cervical plexus block anesthesia,Double Futu acupoint injecting drugs combined with many acupuncture was more suited various nick operation.更多还原
