【摘要】 目的:研究情志病证古医案中治法及方药的运用状况。方法:本研究以1 527例情志病证古医案为研究对象,建立数据库,对医案原文中治法、药物使用等情况,采用频数分析、关联分析等数理方法进行统计,并结合历代对情志病证的认识,对结果进行整理与分析。结果:情志病证的治法以补益法最多,其次为化痰法、清热法、和解法等法为多,医案中共涉及药物444种,其中茯苓、当归、人参、甘草、白芍、栀子、半夏、牡丹皮、黄连、白术等在情志病证中的使用频率较高。结论:情志病证治法与方药使用具有一定的规律与特点,与相关研究中的病机规律相契合,体现了中医的辨证与论治较好的对应关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the therapies and formulae of emotional diseases applied in the ancient medical text.Methods:In this study,1527 cases of emotional syndromes in ancient medical text were included and a database was built.Mathematical methods such as frequency analysis and correlation analysis were used for statistics of the therapies and medications in the original medical text.And then the results were organized and analyzed combined with the understandings for the emotional diseases through the ages.Results:The treatment of emotional diseases was mainly the tonifying therapy,followed by resolving phlegm,clearing heat,and demulcent therapies.The number of Chinese medicinals involving in the medical texts was 444,of which Poria,Angelica,Ginseng,Licorice root,White peony,Gardenia,Pinellia,Paeonia suffruticosa,Berberine,Atractylodes etc were frequently used to treat emotional diseases.Conclusion:The treatment of emotional disease as well as the use of Chinese medicinals and formulae have certain regularities and characteristics and comply with the pathogenesis law in the related research,which reflects better corresponding relationships between syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.更多还原
