【摘要】 目的:观察参芪扶正注射液联合放射对晚期恶性肿瘤患者生活质量的影响和近期疗效。方法:将75例晚期恶性肿瘤患者按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组常规放疗,观察组38例,在常规放疗的同时加用参芪扶正注射液250 mL/d。结果:两组比较近期疗效无明显差异(P>0.05);与对照组比较观察组患者生活质量有明显提高(P<0.05),白细胞和血小板下降的发生率均明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:参芪扶正注射液联合放射治疗晚期恶性肿瘤可减轻患者毒副反应,提高机体免疫力,改善患者的生活质量,并提高近期疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Observe the quality of life of the patients influence of Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined radiation treatments for late malignant tumor and short-term curative effect.Methods:75 cases of late malignant tumor patients were randomly divided into two groups:control group(conformal radiotherapy,the observation group in conventional add while the Shenqi Fuzheng 250 mL/d with injection.Results:Two groups of comparisons short-term curative effect has no obvious difference(P>0.05).Compared with the control quality of life of the patients the observation group have increased significantly(P<0.05),the incidence of drop of white and platelets were significantly reduce(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shenqi Fuzheng injection joint radiotherapy late malignant tumor can reduce the patients of adverse reaction and improve the body immunity,and improve the quality of life of the patients,and improve short-term curative effect.更多还原
