【摘要】 目的:观察自拟银翘凉血汤加减治疗痤疮的临床疗效。方法:将80例患者按随机数字法分为两组各40例,治疗组予自拟银翘凉血汤加减治疗,并加用生肌珍滑散、青蛤散、消炎癣湿膏和适量蜂蜜调成糊状,敷面;对照组用洛奇(阿奇霉素)治疗。结果:治愈率、有效率分别为60.00%、92.50%;对照组分别为30.00%、82.50%,两组比较,差异均具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟银翘凉血汤加减并外敷药治疗痤疮临床疗效满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To Observe the clinical effects on treating acne with self-refit modified Yinqiao Liangxue Decoction.Methods:80 cases were randomized into treatment group and the control group in the proportion of 11.The treatment group was treated with self-refit modified Yinqiao Liangxue Decoction and Shengji Zhenhua San,Qingge San,Xiaoyan Xianshi Paste were added after mixing with honey into paste.The control group was treated with Luoqi(azithromycin).Results:The curative rate was 60.00%,and the effective rate was 92.50%.In the control group,the percentages were 30.00% and 82.50% respectively.There was a remarkable difference(P<0.05)through comparison.Conclusion:Self-refit modified Yinqiao Liangxue Decoction and the medicine for external application have satisfactory curative effect on treating acne.更多还原
