【摘要】 目的:探讨清热利湿方治疗慢性乙型肝炎(湿热内蕴型)的临床疗效。方法:将60例已确诊的患者用清热利湿法拟定的方药治疗90 d,观察治疗前后肝功能、乙肝病毒标志物变化情况。结果:①肝功能比较:治疗后血清丙氨酸基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬酸基转移酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、血清白蛋白(A)、球蛋白(G)、血清总胆红素(TBiL)、直接胆红素(DBiL)均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.01),血清白蛋白(A)虽有降低,但与治疗前比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。②乙肝病毒标志物比较:与治疗前相比乙肝抗原s(HbsAg)、乙肝抗原e(HbeAg)、乙肝病毒核糖核酸(HBV-DNA)的转阴率分别为16.7%、21.2%、35.0%。结论:清热利湿方治疗慢性乙型肝炎湿热内蕴证有一定疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Discussion of the clinical efficacy on chronic hepatitisB(type of inner retention of heat-dampness) with Qingre Lishi formula.Methods:Treat the 60 cases with chronic hepatitis B with prescriptions of clearing away heat and removing the dampness for 3 months and observe the changes of liver function and Hepatitis B virus markers before and after the treatment.Results:①Comparison of liver function:the contents of ALT,AST,AKP,G,TBiL,DbiL have been improved obviously(P<0.01).Though the content of seralbumin has been lessened,there were no significant difference(P>0.05).②Comparison of Hepatitis B virus markers:After the treatment,the negative conversion rates of HbsAg,HbeAg,HBV-DNA are respectively 16.7%、21.2%、35.0%.Conclusion:This prescription has certain effect on chronic hepatitis B due to inner retention of heat-dampness.更多还原
