替考拉宁对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌和敏感菌药敏实验的研究
Teicoplanin against Methicillin-Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus and Sensitive Staphylococcus Aureus Drug Susceptibility
【摘要】 目的探讨耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)和敏感葡萄球菌(MSSA)临床分离株对替考拉宁药物的敏感性。方法金黄色葡萄球菌临床分离株18株,采用PCR检测耐药mecA基因,琼脂稀释法测定替考拉宁对金黄色葡萄球菌体外MIC值。结果 9/18株为MRSA,9/18株为MSSA对替考拉宁均为敏感。替考拉宁对MRSA和MSSA的MIC值分别为1.0~2.0 mg.L-1和0.125~0.25 mg.L-1。结论替考拉宁对MRSA和MSSA均敏感,但MRSA的MIC值大于MSSA的MIC值。
【Abstract】 Objective To discuss methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) and methicillin-sensitive Staphylococcus aureus(MSSA) clinical isolates of teicoplanin susceptibility.Methods 18 strains Staphylococcus aureus clinical isolates,detect mecA gene by PCR and use Agar dilution method to determinate teicoplanin against Staphylococcus aureus in vitro MIC values.Results 9/18 strains were MRSA,9/18 strains were MSSA.The MIC of Teicoplanin for MRSA and MSSA was respectively 1.0~2.0 mg/L and 0.125~0.25 mg/L.All of Teicoplanin was sensitive strains.Conclusion Both MRSA and MSSA are sensitive to Teicoplanin.But the MIC values of MRSA is greater than MSSA.
