【摘要】 目的:观察扶正消瘤汤对乳腺癌术后患者细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:入选的84例患者被随机分成两组,对照组42例接受三苯氧胺治疗。治疗组42例在对照组治疗基础上用扶正消瘤汤治疗。观察治疗组治疗前后及对照组外周血淋巴细胞亚群水平的变化。结果:治疗组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+比值及NK细胞百分比与本组治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与对照组治疗后比较,差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05),CD8+差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:扶正消瘤法能提高乳腺癌术后患者的细胞免疫功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the efect of the Law of Fuzheng Xiaoliu on the cellular immune function in patients with breast cancer postopreation.Methods:84 patients with breast cancer postopreation were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group treated with Fuzheng Xiaoliu Decoction,and the control group had no herbal therapy.The level of T-lymphocyte subsets(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/D8+) and NK cell were detemined before and after treatment.Result:The level of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ and NK cell were significantly higher after treatment than between before treatment and the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05),The level of CD8+ showed no significant difference statistically(P>0.05).Conclusion:Fuzheng Xiaoliu Decoction can obviously enhance the cellular immune function in patients with breast cancer postopreation.更多还原
