【摘要】 目的:考察制备关节炎中药贴剂的最佳工艺条件。方法:通过设计正交试验,采用综合评分指标(包括感官、初黏性、剥离强度),重点考察高岭土(A)、药粉(B)、甘油(C)与中药浸膏(D)对贴剂性能的影响。结果:优化工艺为A2B1C1D2。结论:以高岭土∶药粉∶甘油∶浸膏=0.4∶0.2∶0.05∶0.5的处方配比所制的贴剂黏度好,贴敷感觉好,成型性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To prepare good performance product of Guanjieyan patches.Methods: Through orthogonal experiment,the integrated assessment index(including sensory,initial adhesion and peel strength),was taken to evaluate the patches performance influence of kaolin(A),TCM powder(B),glycerin(C) and TCM extract(D).Results:The optimization of process is A2B1C1D2.Conclusion: Guanjieyan patches consisting of(kaolin: powder: glycerin: extract=0.4:0.2:0.05:0.5) had good viscosity,good post apply feel and good formability.更多还原
