【摘要】 目的:比较桂枝茯苓丸方药半仿生提取液(简称SBE液)与水提取液(简称WE液)对药物诱发痛经模型的影响。方法:以小鼠为对象,比较了桂枝茯苓丸方药SBE液和WE液对缩宫素和对前列腺素E1所致实验性痛经模型的影响。结果:两种方法提取液对两种实验性痛经模型具有很好的改善症状作用,抑制率:SBE﹥WE。结论:桂枝茯苓丸方药SBE液的抗实验性痛经作用优于WE液。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To compare curative effects of SBE and WE solution of Guizhi Fuling Pills Decoction on dysmenorrhea models in animals induced by drug.Method: Carry out the comparion of effects of SBE and WE solution of Guizhi Fuling Pills Decoction on dysmenorrhea models induced by oxytocin and PGE1 by taking mice as the object.Result: Two kinds of solution has better improvement action on two kinds of experimental dysmenorrhea models.Inhibition rate :SBE﹥WE.Conclusion: SBE solution has better anti-experimental dysmenorrhea role than WE solution.更多还原
