目的:了解S100B的mRNA及蛋白表达水平在良性前列腺增生症(BPH)合并2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者膀胱逼尿肌中的表达情况。方法:收集我院泌尿外科2009年2月～2010年2月因BPH入院的患者20例,其中实验组6例,合并T2DM,对照组14例,血糖均在正常范围。20例患者均行耻骨上经膀胱前列腺摘除术,术中切取膀胱前壁条形组织大小约2.0cm×1.0cm×1.0cm。采用实时荧光定量PCR(Real-time Quantitative Polymerase Chain Reaction,简称Real Time PCR)方法检测膀胱组织中S100B mRNA的相对表达量;用蛋白印迹方法(Western Blot,WB)检测膀胱组织中S100B蛋白的相对表达量。结果:(1)S100B mRNA的相对表达量在BPH合并T2DM患者膀胱逼尿肌中为(0.40±0.88),在单纯前列腺增生患者膀胱逼尿肌中为(0.10±0.23)(P>0.05)。(2)S100B蛋白的相对表达量在BPH合并T2DM患者膀胱逼尿肌中为(1.21±0.42),在单纯BPH患者膀胱逼尿肌中为(0.92±0.75)(P>0.05)。结论:(1)...
