【摘要】 目的:探讨DKK1和β-Catenin表达与食管癌临床病理特征的相关性。方法:采用免疫组化二步法检测DKK1、β-Catenin在54例食管鳞癌3、5例食管腺癌及33例食管小细胞癌中的表达情况。结果:DKK1在食管鳞癌、腺癌和小细胞癌中的表达率分别为62.96%、28.57%、15.15%,β-Catenin在食管鳞癌、腺癌和小细胞癌的表达率分别为66.67%、45.71%2、7.27%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。DKK1与TNM分期、浸润深度有关,而β-catenin除了与TNM分期、浸润深度有关外,在不同组织学分化组中的表达差异也具有统计学意义。结论:DKK1、β-catenin在食管癌发生发展中起着一定的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To determine the tissue expression of DKK1 and β-catenin in difference esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC),and study the relationship with clinic pathological characteristics. Methods: The expression of DKK1 and β-catenin in the 54 ECSS tumors,35 adenocarcinomas and 33 small cell carcinomas were examined by IHC. Results: The rate of DKK1 expression was 62.96%,28.57% and 15.15% respectively.The rate of β-Catenin expression was 66.67%,45.71% and 27.27% respectively.The level of DKK1 expression in adenocarcinomas and small cell carcinomas was correlated with TNM classfication and invasive degree.β-catenin was not only correlated with TNM classfication and invasive degree,but with differatiation.Statistics showed that there was a significantly positive correlation(P<0.05). Conclution: Our data implied that DKK1 and β-catenin played the important role in esophageal cancer.更多还原
