【摘要】 目的:观察抗CD25抗体(PC61.5)联合瘤苗对小鼠T细胞淋巴瘤的抗肿瘤作用。方法:用PC61.5尾静脉注射小鼠,4 d后用丝裂霉素灭活的肿瘤细胞免疫小鼠,观察小鼠抗肿瘤的能力;用乳酸脱氢酶杀伤试验进一步验证PC61.5可增强CTL的杀伤活性以及杀伤特异性。结果:PC61.5能够有效地延缓小鼠淋巴瘤的发生时间,PC61.5的预先作用联合接种瘤苗能够抑制小鼠淋巴瘤的生长,并能提高荷瘤小鼠的生存率。PC61.5联合瘤苗接种组和单纯瘤苗接种组CTL的活性相比,两者间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PC61.5降低CD4+CD25+Treg细胞,使其抗肿瘤免疫作用增强,联合接种灭活瘤苗进一步增强抵抗肿瘤攻击的能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the anti-tumor ability in mice which were combine d injection of PC61.5 with vaccination of tumor vaccine. Methods:Four days late r of injecting PC61.5,the mice were vaccinated by mitomycin inactivated tumor c ells,and the anti-tumor ability they gained was examined by attacking tumor ce lls and LDH assay.And the tumor occur time,tumor volume,and survival time wer e observed. Results:PC61.5 in advance simultaneous with tumor vaccine could delay the occu rrence time of the mice tumor,suppress the growth of RMA,and it could raise th e survival rate of the mice.The CTL activities of the PC61.5 + inoculation tumo r vaccine group was higher than that of the PBS + inoculation tumor vaccine grou p(P<0.05). Conclusion:PC61.5 decrease mice CD4+CD25+ T regulatory cells,and when combined with t umor vaccine it can enhance their specific anti-tumor ability.更多还原
