【摘要】 目的:探讨快速康复外科(FTS)理念在结直肠癌手术中应用的价值。方法:将2007年1月至2010年8月间收治的结直肠癌患者361例,分别给予FTS(n=135)和传统围手术期处理(n=226),比较2组患者术前一般情况,术后胃肠功能恢复时间、拆线时间、拔除胃管时间、拔除引流管时间、首次进食时间,术后住院时间,术后营养状况,术后应激反应和炎症反应,术后不良反应及并发症发生率。结果:2组患者均康复出院。与传统围手术期处理组比较,FTS组术后患者胃肠道功能恢复时间缩短,术后炎症和应激反应轻,术后营养状况恢复较快(P<0.05)。2组术后住院时间、并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:结直肠癌患者行FTS围手术期治疗方案安全、有效,有利于减少患者痛苦,加速患者术后的恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim:To study the feasibility and value of fast track surgery(FTS)for colorectal cancer operation.Methods:A total of 361 patients with elective colorectal cancer operation received FTS(n=135)and conventional perioperative management(n=226),respectively.Outcomes were assessed by clinical parameters of preoperative general status,time to restore bowel function,time to remove nasogastric tube,time to withdraw drainage tube,time to take liquid diets,length of postoperative hospital stay,and of nutritional status,postoperative stress reaction and inflammation,postoperative morbidity and complications.Results:All the patients were discharged.FTS group had earlier passage of flatus and defecation,less alteration in nutritional status,lighter postoperative stress reaction and inflammation(P<0.05).There were no differences in postoperative hospital stay or complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Application of FTS was feasible and effective for colorectal cancer operation.更多还原
