【摘要】 目的:检测胃癌、癌前病变及慢性炎症胃黏膜组织中诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)mRNA的表达情况,探讨iNOS与胃癌发生发展的关系。方法:采用原位分子杂交法对35例慢性浅表性胃炎、24例慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠化生、21例不典型增生及65例胃癌组织中iNOSmRNA表达进行检测。结果:iNOSmRNA在胃癌组织细胞中的表达明显增强,其阳性率(75.4%,49/65)与慢性浅表性胃炎(17.1%,6/35)、慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠化生(45.8%,11/24)及不典型增生(52.4%,11/21)胃黏膜组织相比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=31.646,P<0.001)。胃癌组织中iNOSmRNA的阳性表达与组织学分型、浸润深度及有无淋巴结转移有关(χ2分别为5.122、5.182和13.213,P均<0.05),与肿瘤大小和肿瘤部位无关(χ2分别为1.866和0.366,P均>0.05)。结论:iNOS可能参与了胃癌形成的全过程,不仅与胃癌形成有关,且与胃癌的侵袭及转移有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim: To investigate the expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS) mRNA in human gastric carinoma tissue,precarcinoma changes,chronic inflammation tissue and to identify the significance of iNOS expression.Methods:iNOS mRNA were detected in 35 cases chronic superficial gastritis(CSG),24 cases chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia(CAG+IM),21 cases gastric mucosal atypical hyperplasia(GMAH) and 65 cases gastric carcinoma(GC) tissue specimens using in situ hybridization.Results:There was significant difference on positive expression rate of iNOS mRNA among GC (75.4%,49/65),CSG(17.1%,6/35),CAG+IM(45.8%,11/24) and GMAH(52.4%,11/21)tissues(χ2=31.646,P<0.001).The expression of iNOS mRNA in GC was associated with histological grade,invasive depth and lymph node metastasis(χ2=5.122,5.182,and 13.213,P<0.05),without size,location (χ2=1.866,and 0.366,P>0.05).Conclusion:iNOS might be closely correlated with occurence,invasion and metastasis of GC.更多还原
