人前列腺癌组织中DNMT1、GSTP1和APC的表达
Expressions of DNMT1,GSTP1,and APC in prostate cancer tissue
【摘要】 目的:检测人前列腺癌(PCa)组织中DNA甲基转移酶1(DNMT1)、谷胱甘肽S转移酶P1(GSTP1)和结肠腺瘤性息肉病基因(APC)的表达。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测56例前列腺癌(高分化癌9例、中分化癌17例、低分化癌30例)组织和10例良性前列腺增生(BPH)组织中DNMT1、GSTP1和APC的表达。结果:4种组织中3指标的比较,差异均有统计学意义。BPH,高、中、低分化癌组织中DNMT1的阳性表达率分别为30.0%、55.6%、70.6%和86.7%(P=0.005),GSTP1的阳性表达率分别为90.0%、44.4%、29.4%和13.3%(P<0.001),APC的阳性表达率分别为70.0%、55.6%、47.6%和23.3%(P=0.037)。PCa组织中DNMT1的表达与GSTP1表达的列联系数为0.874,P<0.001,与APC表达的列联系数为0.797,P<0.001。结论:DNMT1的表达增高和GSTP1、APC的表达降低可能在PCa的发生发展中起促进作用。
【Abstract】 Aim:To detect the expressions of DNA methyltransferase 1(DNMT1),glutathione S transferase P1 (GSTP1) and adenomatous polyposis coli(APC) in prostate cancer(PCa) tissue.Methods:Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expressions of DNMT1,GSTP1,and APC in 56 cases of PCa and 10 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) tissue.Results: The positive expression rate of DNMT1 in BPH(n=10),well-differentiated PCa(n=9),moderately-differentiated PCa(n=17)and poorly-differentiated PCa(n=30) tissue was 30.0%,55.6%,70.6%,and 86.7%(P=0.005),that of GSTP1 in the above 4 kinds of tissue was 90.0%,44.4%,29.4%,and 13.3%(P<0.001),and that of APC was 70.0%,55.6%,47.6%,and 23.3%(P=0.037).The rP between the expressions of DNMT1 and GSTP1 was 0.874(P<0.05) and that between DNMT1 and APC was 0.797(P<0.001).Conclusion: The increased expression of DNMT1 and decreased expression of GSTP1 and APC may play important roles in the carcinogenesis and development of PCa.
