【摘要】 目的:了解农村老年人自杀意念的发生情况,并探讨其影响因素,为预防农村老年人自杀提供科学依据。方法:采用多级随机抽样方法,以670名符合条件的本地农村居民为调查对象,进行自杀意念的筛查,并采用1:1配对的病例对照研究方法,对筛查自杀意念阳性者87人及其对照进行社会人口学资料、Duke社会支持量表评定。结果:总的时点自杀意念发生率为13.0%,男性10.3%,女性15.8%,多因素logistic回归分析结果显示经济来源、家庭地位、夫妻关系、子女关系和疾病有无是农村老年人群产生自杀意念的影响因素。结论:冷水江市农村老年人的自杀意念发生率处于较高水平,有独立的经济来源、家庭地位高、夫妻关系好、子女关系好和无躯体疾病是自杀意念的保护因素,应进行积极干预。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the incidence and influencing factors of suicide ideation among the elderly in village,provide scientific evidence for preventing suicide in the future.Methods 670 individuals were selected from Lengshuijiang City Hunan by multi-level mixed random sampling,then use 1:1 paired case-control study to investigate the 87 positive responders and negative responders with characteristics of social demography and Duke Social Support Index.Results 13.0% of 670 samples had suicide ideation,there were 10.3% for male and 15.8% for female.Multiple logistic regression analysis shows source of finance.family status,spousal relationship,children relationship,physical health were main influencing factors for suicidal ideation.Conclusion The incidence of suicide ideation was in a high level in Leng Shui Jiang,independent finance source,high family status,good spousal relationship and children relationship and fine physical health were protection factors for suicidal ideation,we should adopt an active intervention measures to prevent suicide ideation among the elderly in the future.更多还原
