【摘要】 目的:研究黄连、黄芩提取物对抗生素治疗大鼠皮肤创面铜绿假单胞菌感染疗效的影响。方法:蒸馏水煎煮法、醇提法分别获得黄连、黄芩提取物。10%TBAS皮肤烫伤后涂抹铜绿假单胞菌,建立大鼠皮肤感染模型,大体观察、镜下检查创面组织学变化,血培养进行微生物学检查。结果:黄连、黄芩提取物均可减少烫伤后感染铜绿假单胞菌大鼠的死亡率,黄连提取物与氨苄西林,黄芩提取物与头孢他啶联合应用后均可降低血培养阳性率,与单用抗生素组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05))。结论:黄连、黄芩提取物可提高氨苄西林、头孢他啶对抗大鼠皮肤铜绿假单胞菌感染的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Coptis or Scutellaria baicalensis on wound healing in partial thickness burn rats.Methods Partial thickness scald with 10% of total body surface were made in rats,which were randomly divided into 4 groups.The mortality and healing time were compared.Results The mortality and healing time of model group(scald+ Infection wound) were bigger than that of treated with Coptis or Scutellaria baicalensis group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intraperitoneal injection administration of Coptis or Scutellaria baicalensis can promote the therapeutic effect in partial thickness scald Infection wound due to Pseudomonas aeruginos.更多还原
