【摘要】 目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)-C2587A基因多态性与糖尿病肾病(DN)的关系。方法:运用等位基因特异性扩增(ASA)技术检测80例健康对照者和216例2型糖尿病患者(其中DN患者111例,单纯2型糖尿病患者105例)的基因型,比较各组的基因型和等位基因频率。结果:(1)CC基因型患者血清VEGF水平高于CA及AA型者;(2)DN组CC基因型和C等位基因频率显著高于DM组和正常对照组;(3)与CA及AA型组相比,CC型组DN的发生率明显上升。结论:VEGF-C2587A多态性与2型DM伴发肾病的发生有关,C等位基因可能是DN的易感基因。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the correlation of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)-C2587A gene polymorphism to diabetic nephropathy in type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods VEGF genotype was determined by allele-specific PCR(ASPCR) in 80 healthy controls and 216 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus including 105 cases without nephropahy and 111 cases with nephropathy.VEGF genotype and allele frequencies were compared among these groups.Results(1)individuals with CC genotype had higher serum VEGF level than those with CA and AA groups.(2)the genotype CC distribution and C allele frequency in diabetes nephropathy were significantly higher than those in cases without nephropathy group and in controls.(3)Compared with genotype CA and AA class,the morbidity of diabetic nephropathy in genotype CC class was significantly increased.Conclusions VEGF-C2587A polymorphism is associated with the development of type 2 diabetic nephropathy.C allele is probably a susceptible gene of type 2 diabetic nephropathy.更多还原
