【摘要】 目的探讨2010年河南省手足口病重症病例高发原因,为制定手足口病防控策略提供科学依据。方法应用国家疾病监测信息报告管理系统监测2010年河南省手足口病重症病例发病情况。结果 2010年,河南省共报告手足口病重症病例8 937例,重症构成比例为9.23%,显著高于全国1.57%的平均水平(χ2=27900.33,P<0.01);与2009年相比,重症病例数和构成比例分别增加了127.29%和138.50%;实验室诊断病例7186例,EV71阳性病例5 009例,占69.70%,显著高于全国52.26%的平均水平(χ2=766.59,P<0.01),也显著高于2009年全省57.08%的水平(χ2=231.72,P<0.01)。重症病例发病数与EV71阳性构成的秩相关系数为rs=0.67,P<0.0001。结论 EV71仍是目前河南省手足口病流行的优势毒株,EV71高强度扩散是导致我省2010年手足口病重症病例高发的主要原因。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the reasons for high incidence of severe cases of hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD) in Henan province,in 2010,in order to provide scientific evidence for making strategies for HFMD prevention and control.Methods National disease surveillance information management system was used to monitor the incidence of severe cases of HFMD in Henan province,in 2010.Results A total of 8 937 severe cases of HFMD were reported in Henan province in 2010.The proportion was 9.23%,significantly larger than the national average level(χ2=27900.33,P<0.01).Compared with 2009,the number and proportion of severe cases were increased 127.29% and 138.50%,respectively.There were 7186 laboratory diagnosis cases.5 009 cases were enterovirus type 71(EV71) positive,accounting for 69.70%.The proportion was significantly larger than the national average level(χ2=766.59,P<0.01),and was also significantly larger than that in Henan in 2009(χ2=231.72,P<0.01).Rank correlation coefficient of the number of severe cases and the proportion of EV 71 was 0.67.The P value was less than 0.0001.Conclusion EV71 is still the dominant strain in Henan province.Wide spread of EV71 is the main reason for high incidence of severe cases of HFMD in Henan province in 2010.更多还原
