【摘要】 目的分析1970-2010年河南省疟疾流行情况,评价疟疾防治措施及防治效果。方法收集1970-2010年河南省疟疾流行、防治措施、防治效果等资料进行统计分析。结果 40年间河南省共进行传播休止期治疗19 704.54万人次,流行季节服药治疗24 041.57万人次,治疗疟疾现症病人和疑似病人4 181.02万人次。结论河南省采取的综合性防治措施,有效控制了疟疾发病,今后仍应采取以消灭传染源为主的综合防治措施,从控制疟疾努力向消除疟疾迈进。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze malaria situation and evaluate the effects of control program in Henan Province during 1970-2010.Methods Data were collected and analyzed on the measures and effects of malaria control in the province during 1970-2010.Results In the 40 years,a total of 197 045 400 people were given pre-transmission season treatment with chloroquine and primaquine for a radical cure of vivax malaria,chemoprophylaxis was given to 240 415 700 people at high risk during the transmission season,treatment or presumptive treatment was given to 41 810 200 cases.Conclusions In general,the malaria control activities have been effective and the epidemiological situation have kept stable in Henan Province.For the early realisation of the elimination of the malaria,Integrated measures with the control of sources of infection as the main one should be carries out in the future.更多还原
