【摘要】 目的了解河南省伤寒、副伤寒沙门菌主要流行菌型。方法用脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)进行分型,NTSYSpc 2.1软件聚类分析。结果来自河南省两个监测点的伤寒、副伤寒沙门菌6株分离菌,根据XbaI酶切PFGE基因指纹图谱分析6,株菌出现5个PFGE基因型别:甲、乙副伤寒沙门菌,伤寒沙门菌3个PFGE型别。结论明确了2005年河南局部伤寒沙门菌流行菌型为X1、X2、X3三个基因型别,副伤寒沙门菌流行菌型有X4、X5基因型。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objection To investigate the main epidemic serotype of typhoid and paratyphoid Salmonella of Henan Province.Methods Pulsed field gel electrophoresis(PFGE)was used in the molecular typing.Results were analyzed with NTSYSpc 2.1 software for the cluster analysis.Results The six isolates of typhoid and paratyphoid Salmonella collected from the patients in two monitoring sites of Henan province could be divided into 5 PFGE types(X1～X5),based on the size and number of restriction fragments and patterns,that were digested by XbaⅠ.In addition to A,B and Salmonella,the Salmonella typhi had three PFGE type.Conclusion Data identified that there were five epidemic serotype,X1,X2,X3 genotype in Salmonella and X4,X5 genotype in paratyphoid salmonella after 2005 year of Henan Province.更多还原
