特布他林催化1,2-萘醌-4-磺酸钠与氢氧根离子的反应及特布他林的测定

【摘要】 建立了用1,2-萘醌-4-磺酸钠分光光度法测定特布他林的新方法.研究表明,在0.20mol/L NaOH(pH=13.3)溶液中,特布他林电离生成的阴离子能够催化氢氧根离子(OH-)与1,2-萘醌-4-磺酸钠(NQS)反应形成2-羟基-1,4-萘醌,其最大吸收波长为452nm.特布他林浓度在0.12~8.0mg/L范围内与吸光度(A)呈现良好线性关系.线性回归方程为A=0.057 92+0.069 52C(mg/L),相关系数r=0.997 7.表观摩尔吸光系数3.8×104 L/mol-1cm-1.该法能够直接用于药物样品中特布他林的含量测定,回收率在98.5%以上.

【Abstract】 A novel spectrophotometric method for the determination of terbutaline has been developed.The method is based on 2-hydroxy-1,4-naphthoquinone formed from hydroxyl ion and NQS in a 0.20 mol/L NaOH by using terbutaline as catalyzer.In the range of 0.12~8 mg/L,the concentration of terbutaline is linear with the absorbency of 2-hydroxy-1,4-naphthoquinone which maximal absorption wavelength is 452 nm.The equation of linear regression is A= 0.057 92+0.069 52C(mg/L),with a linear regression correlation coefficient of 0.99 77.ε452 is 3.8×104 L/mol-1cm-1.The proposed method has been successfully applied to the determination of terbutaline in tablets of pharmaceutical preparation.The recovery rate is in the rang of 98.5%~101.8%.
