【摘要】 用固相反应法制备了(La0.67Ca0.33MnO3)1-x/(SrBi2Ta2O9)x,其中x=0,0.005,0.01,0.015,0.02,0.03,0.05,0.07,0.10,0.15,0.20,0.25,并对样品的电输运性质进行了一系列的研究.结果表明;随着掺杂物质Sr-Bi2Ta2O9(SBT)的增加,复合物的电阻率变化呈现:增大—减小—增大的趋势.文中对这一现象产生的原因进行了解释.

【Abstract】 The research has prepared the(La0.67Ca0.33MnO3)1-x/(SrBi2Ta2O9)x(x=0,0.015,0.02,0.03,0.05,0.07,0.10,0.15,0.20,0.25) by conventional solid-state reaction.The electrical transport properties are investigated systemically.The results show that with the increase of doping substances SrBi2Ta2O9(SBT),complex changes take place in trend in the resistivity increase-decrease-to increase.The cause of this phenomenon is explained.
