【Abstract】 Rawls did not take international relations into account when he proposed his theory of justice,but since then he started trying to put his theory into international law.From the paper"The Law of Peoples"in 1993 to the text The Law of Peoples in 1999,we can see his efforts in the extension of this theory.But the international theory Rawls revealed in his The Law of Peoples is to be perfect in fact,and there are still many practical challenges to achieve the global justice he proposed.更多还原
