【摘要】 人口控制思想是指关于控制人口的态度、看法、观点与意见的总和。在中国人口发展史上,许多志士仁人均提出过关于控制人口的观点和思想,其中较具代表性的首推马寅初。马寅初坚持真理,基于当时中国客观的人口现实及对未来人口发展的忧虑,提出控制人口。这些思想虽非全部正确,但其合理部分直到今天仍然有着积极的、正面的启示作用。研究试对马寅初人口控制思想做一梳理与分析,以期对现代中国人口学术研究、人口计划生育事业及解决中国人口问题有所助益。更多还原

【Abstract】 Population control thought refers to the opinions,ideas and attitudes about how to control population.In the history of Chinese population development,many"ZhiShiRenRen"put forward the population control views and ideas,it is Ma Yinchu that are representatives of the first.Ma Yinchu uphold the truth,based on the objective reality of Chinese population and the worries about the future development of population,the puts forward the thoughts to control population.These ideas though are not all right,still have positive enlightenment.This paper tries to analysis Ma Yinchu population control thoughts,in order to give some help to the modern Chinese population academic research,family planning and solution of China’s population problem.更多还原
