【摘要】 目的探讨小骨窗显微手术治疗高血压脑出血的临床效果。方法回顾性总结直切口小骨窗显微手术治疗59例高血压脑出血的临床资料。结果临床治愈51例,按日常生活能力评价(ADL)分级标准,术后3个月ADLⅠ级11例,Ⅱ级16例,Ⅲ级15,Ⅳ级7例,Ⅴ级2例,死亡8例。结论重视最佳手术时机的选择,正确运用手术方法和技巧,控制好术中及术后的血压波动,经小骨窗显微手术治疗高血压脑出血,可明显改善病人的预后情况,更好地恢复神经功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the curative effect of microsurgery through small skull window in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients.Methods A retrospective analysis was made to the clinical data of 59 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients,whose hematomas were removed microscopically through the small skull window by straight incision.Results According to the activities of daily living(ADL) test,11 cases in grade Ⅰ,16 cases in grade Ⅱ,15 cases in grade Ⅲ and 7 cases in grade Ⅳ,8 patients died.Conclusion Microsurgery through small skull window in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is good exposure and easy performance.The timing of operative is critical.Choosing the best time to operative and using surgical procedures and techniques correctly,and followed by strict intraoperative and postoperative blood pressure control,the patient’s prognosis can be significantly improved and neurological function is better recovered.更多还原
