【摘要】 目的观察舒肝解郁胶囊对脑卒中后抑郁的治疗效果以及对神经功能康复的影响。方法 62例急性脑卒中伴抑郁状态的患者随机分为治疗组(31例)和对照组(31例)。治疗组给予舒肝解郁胶囊,对照组给予黛力新片。在治疗前和治疗后4、12周分别用脑卒中患者临床神经功能缺损程度评分标准和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评定疗效。结果与对照组相比,治疗组HAMD评分和神经功能缺损程度评分的减分率均较高(P<0.05)。结论舒肝解郁胶囊可以有效改善脑卒中后抑郁状态,对促进神经的功能康复有一定的帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Shuganjieyu capsule in the treatment of depression after stroke,as well as on the rehabilitation of neurological function.Methods Sixty-two cases of acute stroke patients with depression were randomly divided into treatment groups(n=31) and control groups(n=31).Treatment group were given of Shuganjieyu capsules,and control group were given Deanxit tablets.The outcomes were evaluated by clinical neurologic rating standard and the Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)before treatment and 4,12 weeks after treatment.Results Compared with the control group,HAMD scores and neurologic score deduction rates in treatment group were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Shuganjieyu capsule can effectively improve the post-stroke depression,and promote nerve function rehabilitation helpfully.更多还原
