【摘要】 目的探讨小儿周围性面神经麻痹的病因、临床特点及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析2000—2009年周围性面神经麻痹患儿8例,8例患儿头颈部影像学检查均为阴性,8例患儿均接受糖皮质激素和营养神经药物治疗。结果经过3个月的随访,8例患儿均治愈且无复发。结论小儿周围性面神经麻痹病因与临床表现常不典型,糖皮质激素治疗具有很好的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the etiology,clinical features and treatment of children peripheral facial paralysis.Methods Eight cases of peripheral facial paralysis in 2000—2009 were retrospectively reviewed.All the patients’ image tests were negative in head and neck.All the patieuts’ were treated with steroid and neurotrophic drugs.Results After 3 months’ follow-up,all the patients got completely recovery.Conclusion Etiology and clinical manifestations of children peripheral facial paralysis are not often typical,and glucocorticoid therapy has good effect.更多还原
