防治小麦纹枯病有益内生细菌的筛选

【摘要】 从采自河南西部地区的38份健康小麦根系内分离到小麦内生细菌296株。通过活体植株筛选,从中获得的13株细菌,可显著降低小麦纹枯病的发病率和严重度,其中菌株Z8-15的生防效果最好,防效达到81.82%。在平板上测定了13个菌株对小麦纹枯病菌和小麦全蚀病菌的拮抗能力以及产生葡聚糖酶、几丁质酶和蛋白酶等真菌细胞壁降解酶的能力,发现不同菌株间差别明显,暗示不同内生生防菌株对小麦纹枯病可能具有不同的生防机制。

【Abstract】 A total of 296 endophytic bacterium strains were isolated from 38 samples of healthy wheat roots collected from western area of Henan province.In vivo tests were used to acquire efficient biocontrol strains against wheat sharp eyespot and the results showed that 13 strains could reduce significantly the incidence and severity of wheat sharp eyespot.Among endophytic bacteria isolates,strain Z8-15 had the best biocontrol efficacy against wheat sharp eyespot,reaching 81.82%.Antagonistic activities against Rhizoctonia cereali and Gaeumannomyces graminis var.tritici,and abilities to produce fungi cell wall degradation enzymes such as glucanase,chitinase,proteinase,etc,of 13 endophytic bacteria were tested on plate.The results of obvious difference between strains indicated that different biocontrol mechanisms existed among different endophytic bacteria.
