干旱胁迫对甜高粱幼苗渗透调节物质的影响
Effects of Drought Stress on Osmoregulation Substances in Sweet Sorghum Seedlings
【摘要】 为探讨不同水分条件对甜高粱和普通高粱幼苗渗透调节物质的影响,以辽甜1号和辽杂10号为试验材料,采用桶栽人工控水试验方法,研究了不同水分处理甜高粱和普通高粱各渗透调节物质的动态变化,并探讨了这些指标与其抗旱性的关系。结果表明:随着水分胁迫的加剧,甜高粱的叶片保水能力、脯氨酸含量、可溶性蛋白含量较普通高粱均有不同程度提高,而可溶性糖及丙二醛(MDA)含量与普通高粱相比则呈下降趋势。甜高粱和普通高粱均可通过积累渗透调节物质来适应干旱逆境,但二者的渗透调节途径存在一定差异,在苗期,甜高粱以脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白为主要渗透调节物,普通高粱则以可溶性糖为主要渗透调节物质。
【Abstract】 To investigate effects of water conditions on osmoregulation substances in seedlings of sweet sorghum and grain sorghum,potted Liaotian 1(a sweet sorghum variety)and Liaoza10(a grain sorghum variety)seedlings were subjected to different water treatments.The results showed that with water stress intensifying,the sweet sorghum variety exhibited higher leaf water-retention potential,proline content and soluble protein content,but lower content of soluble sugar and malondialdehyde,than the grain sorghum variety.It would appear that both sorghum varieties were able to adapt to drought stress through accumulation of osmoregulation substances:The sweet sorghum variety used primarily proline and soluble proteins as osmoregulation while the grain sorghum variety relied more heavily on soluble sugars.
