2,5-二苯乙炔噻吩β-环糊精微胶囊的研制与性能研究

【摘要】 以分子包埋法制备2,5-二苯乙炔噻吩(DPET)β-环糊精微胶囊剂,通过正交试验考察囊芯与囊壁比例、反应温度、反应时间等参数对微胶囊包埋率的影响,结果表明,囊芯与囊壁比例为1∶40、反应温度40~60℃、反应时间0.5~2 h时,包埋率在60%以上。在紫外光照射下,DPETβ-环糊精微胶囊剂半衰期为4.63 h,而未包埋的DPET半衰期为11.08 min;生物活性测定结果表明,β-环糊精包埋能够显著减少DPET由于光照降解而产生的活性降低。

【Abstract】 The 2,5-diphenylethynylthiophene(DPET) with β-cyclodextrin was prepared in inclusion compound.The ratio of DPET to cyclodetrin,the temperature and the time of reaction as the dominating factors were optimized by orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the yield of DPET inclusion compound with β-cyclodextrin was more than 60% when the mass ratio of DPET to cyclodextirn was 1∶40 and the reaction was under 40-60℃ for 0.5-2 hours.The half life of DPET was 11.08 min under ultraviolet while it extended to 4.63h for DPET β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound.The bioactivity of the compound was evaluated with the third-instar larvae of Plutella xylostella L.Pretreated with ultraviolet,DPET β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound showed higher activity than DPET,which indicated that the inclusion compound with β-cyclodextrin could retard the DPET’s decompositon under light.
