【摘要】 [目的]探讨不同施氮方法对春玉米生育后期穗位叶酶活性的影响。[方法]采用盆栽方法,测定了春玉米穗位叶超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)和可溶性蛋白含量。[结果]在春玉米灌浆期和蜡熟期增加施氮量,春玉米穗位叶的MDA含量逐渐下降,SOD、POD活性和可溶性蛋白质含量随之提高。施用等量氮肥的条件下,2次追施氮肥的穗位叶MDA含量低于1次追施氮肥的,SOD、POD活性和可溶性蛋白质含量高于1次追施氮肥的。[结论]不同施氮方法对春玉米穗位叶的MDA含量、SOD活性、POD)活性和可溶性蛋白质含量均有较为明显的影响,对防止春玉米早衰具有一定的指导意义。

【Abstract】 [Objective] This paper aimed at exploring the effects of different nitrogen application methods on the enzyme activities of leaves at ear position in late growth stage of maize. [Method] By pot experiment, the superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, peroxidase (POD) activity, malonyl dialdehyde (MDA) content and soluble protein content were determined. [Result] At the filling stage and ripening stage, with the increasing of nitrogen application rate, MDA content gradually decreased, while SOD activity, POD activity and soluble protein content increased. MDA content with two topdressing nitrogen was lower than that with one top dressing nitrogen at the same nitrogen application rate, while SOD activity, POD activity and soluble protein content with two topdressing nitrogen were higher than that with one topdressing nitrogen. [Conclusion] Different nitrogen application methods have relatively significant effects on the MDA content, SOD activity, POD activity and soluble protein content, which is of certain directive significance for preventing spring maize prematuration.
