棉粕非淀粉多糖的体外酶解效果研究

【摘要】 采用单因子设计,在一定水分(料水比为1∶10)、温度(40℃)和pH值(6.0)条件下酶解2 h时棉粕非淀粉多糖含量的变化,对非淀粉多糖酶对棉粕非淀粉多糖的降解效果进行了研究。结果表明:木聚糖酶酶浓度为4 000 U/kg时,对可溶性和不可溶nsp的降解效果都是最大;甘露聚糖酶酶浓度为4 000 U/kg时,对可溶性nsp的降解效果最明显,当酶浓度为5 000 U/kg时,对不可溶nsp的降解效果最明显。两种nsp酶对棉粕都有明显降解作用。

【Abstract】 Using single factor design to study the hydrolysis effect of non-starch polysaccharides(nsp) enzyme on nsp in cottonseed meal under the same conditions with the conditions making nsp content in wheat changed,which are as follows: ratio of material to water was 1∶10,temperature was 40℃,pH value was 6.0 and hydrolysis time was 2 h.The results indicated that when concentration of xylanase was 4 000 U/kg,the hydrolysis effects xylanase on soluble nsp and insoluble nsp were the highest;when concentration of mannase was 4 000 U/kg,the hydrolysis effect of mannase on soluble nsp of was the most obvious;when concentration of mannase was 5 000 U/kg,the hydrolysis effect of mannase on insoluble nsp was the most obvious;both kinds of nsp enzyme all had obvious hydrolysis effect on cottonseed meal.
