喷施多效唑对苎麻生长发育的影响

【摘要】 以湖南农业大学苎麻研究所选育的"多倍体一号"为材料,研究了喷施多效唑对苎麻生长发育的影响。结果表明:(1)多效唑浓度在50~150 mg/kg范围时,能促进苎麻地下部生长,极显著增加苎麻根系及地下茎重量;(2)多效唑50 mg/kg处理地上部鲜重提高幅度大,差异极显著,破秆麻和二麻分别提高了21.69%、20.67%;浓度达100~150 mg/kg时,对苎麻鲜皮重、原麻重具有极显著的抑制作用;(3)多效唑能极显著提高苎麻根冠比,浓度越高,效果越明显;(4)多效唑能极显著提高苎麻根系活力,浓度在100 mg/kg时达到峰值,以后随着浓度增高,根系活力下降;(5)多效唑能提高苎麻根系过氧化物酶活性,浓度在100 mg/kg时达到峰值,以后随着浓度增高,活性下降。

【Abstract】 The "Polyploid No.1",bred by Institute of Ramie,Hunan Agricultural University,was taken as experimental material to study the effect of spraying paclobutrazol on growth of ramie.The results showed that:(1) The concentration of paclobutrazol in a range of 50~150 mg/kg can promote the growth of underground portion of ramie and significantly increase the weight of roots and rhizome of ramie.(2) When the concentration of paclobutrazol was 50 mg/kg,the fresh weight of aerial part of ramie increased greatly with a extremely significant difference,in which the yield of first season ramie and second season ramie increased by 21.69% and 20.67%,respectively;the concentration of paclobutrazol in a range of 100~150 mg/kg can extremely inhibit fresh bark weight and crude fiber weight of ramie.(3) The paclobutrazol can extremely increase root-shoot ratio of ramie,and the higher the paclobutrazol concentration was,the more obvious the effect was.(4) The paclobutrazol can extremely increase roots activity of ramie,which reached peak value at paclobutrazol concentration of 100 mg/kg,then decreased with increasing concentration.(5) The paclobutrazol can increase activity of peroxidase in roots of ramie,which reached peak value at paclobutrazol concentration of 100 mg/kg,then decreased with increasing concentration.
