稻瘟灵在稻田环境中的消解动态
The Degradation Dynamics of Isoprothiolane in Paddy-fields
【摘要】 选择湖南和浙江两省水稻田为试验对象,用气相色谱检测,研究了稻瘟灵在稻田环境中的消解动态。稻瘟灵在环境样品中的最小检出量为1.0×10-11 g。结果表明,稻瘟灵在水稻植株、土壤和稻田水中的降解符合一级化学反应动力学方程,C=Coe-kt;稻瘟灵在湖南省和浙江省水稻植株中的半衰期分别为5.81、5.29 d,在稻田水中的半衰期分别为7.72、8.79 d,在稻田土中的半衰期分别为11.73、14.68 d。
【Abstract】 The degradation dynamic of Isoprothiolane in Paddy-fields of Hunan Province and Zhejiang Province was studied by using gas chromatography(GC).The results showed that the minimum detectable amount of Isoprothiolane in samples was 1.0×10-11 g;the degradation of Isoprothiolane in rice plant,soil and water in paddy-field accorded with the first-order chemical kinetic equation C=Coe-kt;the average half life of Isoprothiolane was 5.81 d and 5.29 d in rice plants from Hunan Province and Zhejiang Province respectively,7.72 d and 8.79 d in water from paddy-fields of Hunan Province and Zhejiang Province respectively,11.73 d and 14.68 d in soil from paddy-fields of Hunan Province and Zhejiang Province respectively.
