腊梅叶挥发性成分及其抑菌活性研究

【摘要】 用超临界CO2流体和GC-MS技术萃取及鉴定腊梅叶挥发性成分,并用琼脂扩散法测定腊梅叶挥发性成分抑菌活性。结果表明:从挥发性成分中共鉴定出25种化学成分,腊梅叶挥发性成分主要为稠环芳烃、烷烃、醇、烯、酚、酯和少量脂肪酸。其中醇相对含量占37.75%、烷烃相对含量占28.58%、烯烃相对含量占11.15%、稠环芳烃萘占10.23%、酯相对含量占4.31%,酚相对含量占2.84%,脂肪酸相对含量占0.47%,包括叶绿醇(36.16%)、十四烷(10.1%)、十五烷(2.95%)、2,7,10-三甲基十二烷(8.93%)、植烷(3.14%)、环扁桃酯(1.22%)、2,4-二叔丁基苯酚(2.84%)、β-波旁烯(3.16%)、石竹烯(2.43%)、β-榄香烯(1.69%))、萘(10.23%)和肉豆蔻酸(0.47%)等成分。抑菌实验表明,腊梅叶挥发性成分对金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、变形杆菌均有抑制作用,对金色葡萄球菌的抑菌活性最强。上述结果显示腊梅叶具有重要利用价值。

【Abstract】 The volatile components in leaf of Chimonanthus praecox were extracted by supercritical CO2 fluid and analyzed by GC-MS.The antibacterial activity of volatile components was tested by agar diffusion method.The results showed that 25 volatile compounds were isolated and identified from leaf of Chimonanthus praecox by GC-MS.The main volatile components and their relative content were as follows: alcohol(37.75%),alkane(28.58%),alkene(11.15%),polycyclic arene(10.23%),ester(4.31%),phenol(2.84%) and fatty acid(0.47%),in which mainly were phytol(36.16%),tetradecane(10.1%),pentadecane(2.95%),2,7,10-trimethyldodecane(8.93%),phytane(3.14%),cyclandelate(1.22%),2,4-di-tert-butylphenol(2.84%),β-bourbonene(3.16%),caryophyllene(2.43%),β-elemene(1.69%),naphthalene(10.23%),myristic acid(0.47%).The results of antibacterial experiment showed that volatile components in leaf of Chimonanthus praecox all had positive antibacterial activity to Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus subtilis and Proteus vulgaris,in which the volatile components could strongly inhibit Staphylococcus aureus.Therefore,leaves of Chimonanthus praecox have important value of utilization.
