【Abstract】 College students’ employment rate and employment quality are two concepts being relative to each other as well as different,and the former shows quantity and the latter expresses quality based on the quantity.The two concepts have a close relationship.The graduates’ employment quality of a college can be shown in the employment rate.They can transform into each other through quality transforming index and it is possible to judge the grades of employment quality with quality transforming index.更多还原
