硫酸氢钠催化合成混合二元酸二甲酯的工艺改进

【摘要】 以混合二元酸和甲醇为原料,硫酸氢钠为催化剂,采用多次酯化的方法,合成了混合二元酸二甲酯.最佳工艺条件为:催化剂硫酸氢钠用量,30 g/mol混合酸;3次重复酯化,酯化温度,80~84℃;时间3 h;第一次酯化醇酸量的比为3.3∶1,第二次酯化醇酸量的比为1.6∶1,第三次酯化醇酸量的比为1.25∶1.在此条件下,混合二元酸二甲酯最高收率98.79%,质量分数98.04%.

【Abstract】 Mixed dibasic acid dimethyl esters(DBE) were synthesized by mixed dibasic acid(DBA) and methanol catalyzed by sodium bisulfate.Optimal conditions are found as follows:amount of catalyst is 30 g/mol DBA;Esterifying temperature is 80~84 ℃;reaction time 180 min;molar ratio of alcohol to acid of first esterifying is 3.3∶1,molar ratio of alcohol to acid of second esterifying is 1.6∶1,molar ratio of alcohol to acid of third esterifying is 1.25∶1.The yield of DBE is 98.79 %,content of DBE is 98.04 %.
