基于施工组合缺陷的预应力箱梁试验研究
Experimental Study on the Behaviors of Pre-Stressed Box Beam with Constructional Assembled Deficiencies
【摘要】 建立了二分之一大相似比30 m跨预应力混凝土箱梁模型,设定了端头混凝土浇筑严重不密实和单侧单束钢绞线张拉不到位的常见施工组合缺陷,并采用常规的方法对缺陷部位进行了加固处理,形成一典型的有施工组合缺陷的试验梁模型.通过对缺陷试验梁的静载破坏试验,考察了试验梁的受力过程和破坏形式,分析了特定施工组合缺陷对箱梁结构性能的影响.
【Abstract】 A one-half scale model of the 30 m pre-stressed concrete box beam was built,and the deficiencies on the pouring and vibrating of concrete and the lacking of the tensioning of pre-stressed wires were specified.And the sticking steel strengthening was made on the deficiencies,and it was set a test beam with given assembled deficiencies.Through the dead load destructive test on the deficiency beam,the loading process and the destruction form of the beam was detected,and the influence of the constructional deficiency on the beam was researched.
