【摘要】 随着知识经济的不断深入和经济全球化的发展,高新技术企业之间的竞争日趋激烈,技术创新能力作为高新技术企业立足市场的核心能力变得越来越重要;本文根据技术创新的阶段特性,构建了高新技术企业技术创新的二阶段模型,应用标准离差法获得指标体系的权重,并应用灰色关联分析方法对河南省某高新技术企业技术创新能力开展了测度研究,并指出了该企业技术创新能力的不足;结果表明,技术创新能力测度的二阶段模型能够有效的找出高新技术企业技术创新能力的具体不足,对高新技术企业技术创新能力提升具有重要的现实意义.更多还原

【Abstract】 With the deepening of the knowledge economy and the development of economic globalization,the competition between high and new technology enterprises has become increasingly fierce,and the technology innovation ability becomes more and more important as the core ability for high and new technology enterprises.This paper constructs the two-stage model of technology innovation in high and new technology enterprises,using standard deviation method to obtain the weights of index system,and using grey relational analysis to assess the technology innovation ability of a high and new technology enterprise in Henan province.The findings suggest:the two-stage model can find the disadvantages of innovation ability in high and new technology enterprises much better and more effective.更多还原
