【摘要】 以1,2-二甲基-5-羟基吲哚-3-甲酸乙酯为原料,经酰化、溴代反应得到盐酸阿比朵尔中间体1-甲基-2-溴甲基-5-乙酰氧基-6-溴吲哚-3-甲酸乙酯(3)。采用均匀设计法考察了反应时间、物料配比对合成收率的影响,得到了合成工艺的优化条件。目标化合物的结构经1H NMR确证。总收率为80.3%,该路线简单,适合工业化生产。更多还原

【Abstract】 5-Acetoxyl-6-bromide-2-bromomethyl-1-methy-indoles-3-carboxylic acid ethyl ester(3),a key intermediate for the synthesis of arbidol hydrochloride,was synthesized from 1,2-dimethy-5-hydroxyl-1H-indoles-3-carboxylic acid ethyl ester in an overall yield of 80.3%.The reaction conditions were optimized and the target compound was confirmed with 1H NMR.更多还原
