6-三氟甲基脲嘧啶衍生物的合成与除草生物活性

【摘要】 合成了9个6-三氟甲基脲嘧啶类化合物,用1H NMR、MS、IR等对其结构进行了表征;初步除草生物活性实验结果表明:大多化合物对双子叶杂草苘麻、刺苋和藜以及单子叶杂草马唐、稗和狗尾表现出显著的除草活性,其中3-(2,4-二氯苯基)-6-三氟甲基脲嘧啶在375 g a.i./ha初筛剂量下,对双子叶杂草苘麻、刺苋和藜都具有100%的除草活性。

【Abstract】 Nine 3-(substituted phenyl)uracil derivatives were synthesized,and their structures were confirmed by IR,MS and 1H NMR.Research indicated that most of the compounds showed high herbicidal activities against Abutilon theophrasti,Amaranthus ascedense and Chenopodium album.Some of them possessed high activities against Digitaria sanguinalis,Echinochloa crus-galli and Setaria viridis.Especially,at the dosage of 25 g a.i./ha,the compound 3-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-6-(trifluoromethyl)pyrimidine-2,4(1H,3H)-dione possessed 100% lethality rate against Abutilon theophrasti,Amaranthus ascedense and Chenopodium.
