【Abstract】 With the reforms in higher education deepening,the function of cadre training of Party school in colleges and universities is being increasingly enhanced.Based on the analysis of the importance and current situation of such training,this paper proposes thoughts on and countermeasures to its effect enhancement from the following aspects of promoting ideology,strengthening research on training demand,innovating training ways and methods,and perfecting the system of incentive and restraint in cadre training.更多还原
