【Abstract】 The issues on prisoners’ marital rights have been focused on in harmonious society.Theoretically,prisoners’ marital rights embodied constitutional principles of respecting and guaranteeing basic human rights and extends naturally the principle of crimes and penalties.The grant of prisoner marital rights will be helpful of correcting criminals and meet their physiological needs so as to construct harmonious society.Meanwhile,to grant prisoners marital rights should be combined with the benefit of prisoners and their prison conditions.更多还原
