【摘要】 目的探讨血管内皮生长因子-C(VEGF-C)及CXCR4蛋白在食管癌组织中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组化法检测VEGF-C及CXCR4蛋白在食管癌组织中表达情况。结果 VEGF-C蛋白在不同浸润深度及pTNM分期的食管癌组织中的表达差异均有统计学意义(χ2=7.558、8.661,P=0.032、0.013);有淋巴结转移者的阳性率为75.68%,高于无淋巴结转移者的48.08%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.838,P=0.009)。CXCR4蛋白在不同浸润深度及pTNM分期的食管癌组织中的表达差异均有统计学意义(χ2=7.091、7.832,P=0.029、0.020);有淋巴结转移者的阳性率为78.38%,高于无淋巴结转移者的55.77%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.868,P=0.027)。两者在食管癌组织中的表达呈正相关(r=0.262,P=0.013)。结论 VEGF-C及CXCR4蛋白表达与食管癌的侵袭、转移关系密切,两者可能具有协同作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the expressions and significance of vascular endothelial growth factor-C(VEGF-C) and CXCR4 proteins in esophageal carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expressions of VEGF-C and CXCR4 proteins in esophageal carcinoma. Results The expression of VEGF-C protein in esophageal carcinoma was related to invasion depth and pTNM stage(χ2=7.558,8.661;P=0.032,0.013);the positive rate of esophageal carcinoma with lymph node metastasis was 75.68%,that of esophageal carcinoma with no lymph node metastasis was 48.08%(χ2=6.838,P=0.009).The expression of CXCR4 protein in esophageal carcinoma was related to invasion depth and pTNM stage(χ2=7.091,7.832;P=0.029,0.020);the positive rate of esophageal carcinoma with lymph node metastasis was 78.38%,that of esophageal carcinoma with no lymph node metastasis was 55.77%(χ2=4.868,P=0.027).Significantly positive correlation was found between the expressions of VEGF-C and CXCR4 in esophageal carcinoma(r=0.262,P=0.013). Conclusion The expressions of VEGF-C and CXCR4 protein are related to invasion and metastasis of esophageal carcinoma,VEGF-C and CXCR4 have synergetic effects.更多还原
