【摘要】 目的探讨吉西他滨联合奥沙利铂(GemOX方案)治疗老年复发难治性非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)的疗效和毒副反应。方法全组30例患者均接受GemOX方案化疗:吉西他滨1 000 mg/m2,d1,8,静脉滴注;奥沙利铂130 mg/m2,d1,静脉滴注。每21~28 d为1个周期,完成2个周期化疗后评价疗效,完成1个周期化疗后评价毒副反应。结果 30例患者的总有效率为70.0%。主要毒副反应为骨髓抑制、胃肠道反应。结论 GemOX方案治疗老年复发难治性NHL安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy and toxicities of gemcitabine combined with oxaliplatin(GemOX) regimen in the treatment of the elderly patients with relapsed or refractory non-Hodgkin lymphoma(NHL).Methods All the 30 patients received GemOX regimen chemotherapy: gemcitabine 1 000 mg/m2,d1,8,ivgtt;oxaliplatin 130 mg/m2,d1,ivgtt.Every 21-28 days were 1 cycle.The efficacy was evaluated after 1 cycle of chemotherapy.The toxicities were evaluated after 1 cycle of chemotherapy.Results Of all the 30 cases,the overall response rate was 70.0%.The main toxicities were marrow suppression and gastrointestinal reaction.Conclusion GemOX regimen is effective and safe for the elderly patients with relapsed or refractory NHL.更多还原
