【摘要】 目的探讨奈达铂同步放化疗治疗中晚期食管癌的疗效和毒副反应。方法 59例中晚期食管癌患者随机分成两组:奈达铂周剂量化疗同步放疗组(A组)31例和单纯放疗组(B组)28例,两组放疗均采用常规分割,照射剂量60~66 Gy。A组:奈达铂30mg/m2,每周1次,连续6周;B组:行单纯放疗。结果 A组CR 16例,PR 12例,有效率90.3%;B组CR 6例,PR 11例,有效率60.7%。毒副反应多为Ⅰ~Ⅱ度的骨髓抑制和消化道反应。结论奈达铂周剂量化疗同步放疗中晚期食管癌近期疗效较好,毒副反应可耐受。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the curative effects and toxicities of nedaplatin chemotherapy plus radiotherapy in the treatment of medium-term and terminal esophageal cancer.Methods Fifty nine patients with medium-term and terminal esophageal cancer were randomly divided into two groups:the group A(31 cases) and the group B(28 cases).The two groups both adopted conventional fractionation with exposure dose of 60-66 Gy.The group A used nedaplatin 30 mg/m2 once a week and lasted for 6 weeks.Results In the group A,there were 16 cases of complete remission and 12 cases of partial remission,the effective rate was 90.3%.In the group B,there were 6 cases of complete remission and 11 cases of partial remission,the effective rate was 60.7%.The main toxicities were marrow depression and gastrointestinal reaction with degree Ⅰ-Ⅱ.Conclusion The short-term curative effect of weekly dose nedaplatin chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy is good for the patients with medium-term and terminal esophageal cancer,and the toxicities can be tolerated.更多还原
