分布式到达时间控制器装备维修任务实时调度方法
Method of Real-time Scheduling in Assembly Cell Manufacturing Systems Based on Distributed Arrival Time Control
【摘要】 战时装备维修企业的生产环境呈现出更多的不确定性,合理安排维修任务来适应这种不确定性使实际修复时间与计划时间偏差最小是什么重要的。为此,提出了一种面向准时制造的实时生产调度方法,这种生产调度系统有多个独立的智能体,每个智能体通过到达时间控制器和仿真系统的反馈来调整对应维修任务的到达时间,然后通过先来先服务的调度规则确认维修任务顺序,目标是使得整个装备维修系统的提前拖期最小。仿真实验表明该方法在保证近优性能的情况下,具有良好的抗干扰能力,并且可以实现实时生产调度,是一种比较实用的实时生产调度方法。
【Abstract】 In recent years,the research of dynamic scheduling is becoming more important in order to address the uncertainty of manufacturing environment.The goal of this paper is to propose the method of real-time scheduling oriented to Just-in-Time production in assembly manufacturing system.In the scheduling system,each independent agent is responsible for each product and adjusts the arrival time of product based on the feedback of the simulation system.The assembly order and place of each product are allocated by the First-Come-First-Server rule and certain assignment strategy in order to decrease the total early and late time of the whole scheduling.The result of simulation illustrates that this method not only has the advantage of performance of Just-in-Time,but also has the strong ability to against the uncertainty.Moreover,the effective algorithm makes the whole method an attractive option for real-time control for just-in-time production.
